Solid gold and diamonds are enduring materials, but no fine jewelry is indestructible. Contact with hard surfaces, chemicals and other jewelry can scratch metal, loosen settings or dull a diamond's light. Treat every piece with intention and inspect it regularly.

Four habits that make a difference.
Know when to remove it
Remove jewelry before exercise, swimming, hot tubs, showering, sleeping, household cleaning or hands-on work.
Keep pieces separate
Store each piece in its own soft pouch or lined compartment so gold, diamonds and chains do not rub together.
Look before you wear
Check clasps, prongs, links and earring backs. If a stone moves or a setting catches, stop wearing the piece.
At-home cleaning
A gentle ritual for gold and diamonds.
This method is intended for Noble Cut solid-gold jewelry set only with lab-grown diamonds.

Fill a small bowl with lukewarm water and add a few drops of mild dish soap.

Let the piece soak for 10 to 15 minutes to loosen oils and everyday residue.

Use a very soft toothbrush to gently clean beneath stones, around settings and along links.

Rinse over a second bowl instead of an open drain, then pat dry with a clean, lint-free cloth.
Never use toothpaste, baking soda, bleach, acetone or abrasive household cleaners. Avoid at-home steam and ultrasonic machines unless a jeweler has confirmed they are appropriate for your specific piece.
Storage & travel
Give every piece its own place.
- Fasten chains before storing them and lay them flat to reduce tangling.
- Keep jewelry in a cool, dry space away from direct sunlight and humidity.
- Use a structured travel case with individual compartments. Never place multiple pieces together in a loose pouch.
- Do not place diamond jewelry directly against gold pieces; diamonds can scratch metal.
Professional attention
Know when to pause wearing it.
- A stone moves, clicks or appears uneven in its setting.
- A prong catches on fabric, or a clasp no longer closes securely.
- A chain, link, post or band appears bent, stretched or cracked.
- The piece has sustained a hard impact or needs deeper cleaning and refinishing.

One guide does not fit every gemstone.
Private commissions and future collections may include materials that require different care. Pearls, opals, emeralds and other delicate stones should not be soaked or cleaned using this diamond-care method.
